The Flagship
Uptown's Third Place
CR Coffee started at St. Roch Market in 2015, but the Magazine Street flagship, open since 2019, is the heart of the operation today. Sitting between Napoleon and Louisiana Avenues in Uptown, the flagship opens early for the neighborhood rush and stays busy all day. Every cup is Coast Roast Coffee, roasted on our antique 1910s drum roasters the same way it's been done since 2015. Our courtyard seating wraps around back with string lights, potted plants, and plenty of room to linger. Inside, there's a fireplace in cooler months, leather seating for working, and a retail wall stocked with beans and brewing equipment. It's neighborhood coffee, made without pretension for people in the neighborhood.
